‘Design-enabled value creation for a resilient delta’

In this project, we developed a design approach for making value and value creation explicit in resilience projects. This allows project members to identify synergies and tensions between values for stakeholders and successfully address these. Because project teams are supported in understanding their value creation and the values at stake in collaboration with key stakeholders of their projects (e.g., citizens, policymakers), they become better equipped to manage their collaboration process and trajectory towards desired end-goals. As such, our project helps project collaborations to become more productive, which ultimately benefits society because it enhances value for the different stakeholders and end-beneficiaries of resilience projects.
