Project Value Modelling for Firms helps individuals and teams involved in design projects discuss how value can be (co-)created and captured by their firm. For a particular project, value-related questions are answered that, step by step, generate an overview of the value proposed, the value the firm intends to capture, the resources and expertise needed, the risks involved, and the partners, activities, agreements, and revenue models that can best support this. By iterating on important relationships, tensions, and opportunities, the method and accompanying tool enable making well-informed decisions about project selection, contract negotiation, and collaboration.
