This integrative value framework helps discuss and reconcile value pluralism in transdisciplinary collaborations. It allows users to differentiate between the ideals that collaborating actors hold and the different kinds of worth they seek to realize. The framework synthesizes literature from a wide range of scholarly domains and values identified in strategy sessions for design projects. In doing so, it provides a comprehensive overview of value examples that may play a role in transdisciplinary work, as well as a starting point for designing for divergent values in collaborative projects and programs.
