Designing with values in complex projects

Some people look at what is being created in a project, others look at what drives people in a project. We argue that it should be about both. It’s about the guiding ‘internal values’ that drive you as a person and as an organization, and the resulting ‘external values’ you together create. It is important to grasp and connect all these values to make a project a success. This short movie shows why this is relevant and how you could do it. It can be used in practice and education as a conversation starter on values.
