Practical Guide Joint Value Creation for the Construction Industry Client Forum

Presentation & workshop: 12 February 2026 – Social Impact Factory ‘Aan de Gracht’, Utrecht

Based on her research, Marina Bos-de Vos has authored a practical guide on how to work on joint value creation in projects and programs addressing societal missions. The guide is part of the Field Guide 'Program and Task-oriented Collaboration' that was commissioned by the Central Government Real Estate Agency and presented during a Practice X Science session organized by the Dutch Construction Industry Client Forum (Het Opdrachtgeversforum in de Bouw). The guide focuses on program-based collaboration for addressing complex societal challenges.
